The BioCompetence Network has been founded as a joint forum for leading universities and cluster organisations in European biosciences. The key objectives are to achieve a more systematic management of research information and competences in the regions and make these competences accessible on an Internet-based Competence platform as a window towards researchers in academia and industry.
